The Recording Industry Association of America recently released a tally of the decade's highest Gold and Platinum award achievements. Guess who made the list? I'll give you one shot. Yep. BRITNEY SPEARS! Brit comes in as the female solo artist with the MOST album certifications (23 in total) during 2000-2009. “We’ve seen a decade of major music milestones and extraordinary artist achievements as part of our historic Gold and Platinum program,” says Mitch Bainwol, CEO of RIAA. “The names, songs and albums on our list are the decade’s best.” Sounds like a pretty nice award to add to B's collection of decade-end honors. Check out Britney's G&P album achievements below — note that B's first album, ...Baby One More Time (released Jan. 12, 1999), wasn't included in the tally.

...Baby One More Time: Gold, 14x Multi Platinum
Oops!...I Did It Again: Gold, 10x Multi Platinum
Britney: Gold, 4x Multi Platinum
In The Zone: Gold, 2x Multi Platinum
Greatest Hits: My Prerogative: Gold, Platinum
Circus: Gold, Platinum

Congrats, B! xx♥

In case you're one of the few fans who don't follow B's every move (gasp!), you might want to take a peek at these gorgeous photos that surfaced a couple days ago. Her latest Candie's For Kohl's ad campaign is titled "Through The Lens," and features Brit in a variety of settings and poses as shot by famed photographers Annie Leibovitz, Mark Seliger and Terry Richardson. Check 'em out in our gallery, along with a few behind-the-scenes shots. Personally, my fave is the shot above with the teddy bear. No, not because I dig giant pink stuffed animals... I just think it's so sexy. Love everything about it. Word on the street is that Brit's fave is this shot by Annie. Which is your favorite and why? Oh, and check out a few behind-the-scenes videos from the shoot, including commentary from Brit, after the jump. xx♥

A fresh take on Britney's stunning look at the 2010 Grammy Awards.
By fashion blogger Julie Wax of I Heart Heels

You may not have spotted Britney Spears at the Grammy Awards on Sunday, Jan. 31, as she dashed in and out in a flash, but if you were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the pop star, you definitely noticed her stunning red carpet performance — in fashion, that is. The Grammys are one of the few nights a year that celebrities are able to show off their style personality, and Britney certainly revealed her love for lace in a black lace Dolce and Gabbana dress and bodysuit. She kept her accessories chic and simple, with a small Jimmy Choo clutch and sparkly diamond earrings by Penny Preville. Of course, B's outfit wouldn't have been complete without an amazing pair of black studded heels by Brian Atwood — completely rock 'n' roll and so swoonworthy.

And didn't Britney's sleek, shiny hair and soft makeup look radiant? Looking healthy and happy is never out of style. Overall, I say Britney rocked the red carpet in a revealing number that was a little edgy, a little punk, which is perfectly fitting for the Grammy Awards. Not surprisingly, B has always been one to push the envelope when it comes to fashion — remember the similar black lace dress she donned at the VMAs back in 2001? Hotness! But can you blame her for taking the spotlight? Girl has worked so hard on that body, and it's been eight long years since she's made an appearance at the Grammys. I like to call it be-yourself-chic, which is what Britney does best! READ MORE
